- Freight shipping charge is 20% of product cost.
- Shipping by UPS, Fed Ex and Trucking

- Prices are subject to change without notice. Merchandise is shipped at prices prevailing at time of order
Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 5-7 working days. Orders are shipped U.P.S. with a 20% shipping & handling charge.
- Orders exceeding 28 inches in diameter are shipped within 5-7 working days and are shipped by motor freight only. These special items cost between 15% & 25%
- Trucking & Handling taking about 6 working days to be received in the continental United States.
- If you wish with prior arrangements you may pick up your orders at the Cutlers nearest you with no freight charge

- Merchandise is inspected and in perfect condition when given to the carrier. The carrier and you assume responsibility for safe delivery.
- All claims for concealed damages, loss or shortage must be filed by you with the carrier within 5 days of receipt of merchandise
