Participating store policies apply. All sales final. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "RepublicanHeraldNewsItem".

The Republican-Herald And The News-Item strongly recommends express priority delivery and will not be responsible for cards or certificates lost, misplaced or damaged in the mail. Responsibility is assumed by the customer if they choose not to purchase express mail or to pick up their cards or certificates.

Shipping Policies

To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

Taxes

Gift certificates do not incur sales tax charges.
